New Features in SpineConnect March 2010
In our latest release of SpineConnect, we have made key improvements to help you save time and focus on what is important to you. Read about the enhancements we’ve made to our notification systems, navigation, groups, and cases below.
Enhanced Notifications System
Sweeping changes to our notification infrastructure means you get notified in a more relevant and timely way about the things that interest you most.
- Manage Notification Settings
We have simplified and allowed greater control over your notifications. You can now easily manage subscriptions to cases, group updates, and newsletters. Allowing you to be notified only about the things that are most important to you.
Keep track of actions critical to keeping your communications with your colleagues up to date with our new alerts section.
Be in the loop on discussions and cases of interest to you with our new activity section. Don’t want to receive emails when case are posted? Unsubscribe to them and see important updates in your activity section at your convenience..
- Case Subscriptions
You now have the ability to “follow” cases and discussions that you find interesting anonymously, and manage your subscriptions to them. Simply click Subscribe to this Case to follow comments, case edits, follow-ups and more. Easily unsubscribe to any case by visiting the Individual Case Subscriptions section of the Receiving Messages page of your account.
The platform has been redesigned in order to get you directly to the functions most important to you.
- Streamlined Main Navigation
We have taken the previous left hand and top navigation sections and combined them into one navigation that makes doing things like adding cases and inviting colleagues even easier. Click here to see the new navigation.
- Easier Access to Edit Your Profile
Your profile and personal photo are now one click away. Profile content is more organized to allow you greater access and control over your personal details.
Re-Designed Groups and Cases
Centralized tools, more organized and informative member displays, and comments have never been easier to read. You now absorb the knowledge you need more rapidly and identify the best ways to contribute.
- Group Home Pages
Group home pages now can express to you more effectively their purpose and give you more visible ways to participate in group activities.
- Case Viewer
Case subscriptions, author profiles, and an improved comments interface make it easier to read cases, absorb the knowledge, and stay in the loop.Similar Cases also expose non-sponsored cases that allow you to have greater access to content that is relevant to you.
